Thank you for you letter of January 11 inviting me to speak at the dinner during National High School Mock Trial Championship on May 10, 2008. The Mock Trial Championship sounds like a very interesting event, and I truly wish that I could accept your kind invitation to speak at the dinner. Unfortunately, I have already committed to a number of speaking engagements in May, and as you know, that is a very busy time at the Court. I learned from the past two Terms that I must limit my outside commitments, especially during the months of May and June, so I am afraid that I will not be able to address the students and other attendees at the dinner.

I hope that you have been well, and I look forward to seeing you at some time in the not-too-distant future.
