I am writing to see how the program is shaping up for the Appellate Judges Educational Institute to be held in Phoenix on November 13. Your letter of November 21, 2007, invited me to speak at the opening plenary session during the late afternoon of Thursday, November 13. A preliminary draft of the agenda would be helpful.

I have agreed to attend an event for Chief Judge Robert Henry of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals the evening of November 12 in Oklahoma City but if I am not scheduled until late afternoon, I should not have a problem returning to Phoenix.
