Thank you for your letter dated September 8, 2011, and for having my remarks published in the recent Delaware Lawyer. I am pleased to have copies of that issue for my files.

I have had a busy summer. I have been to Argentina and Uruguay for the State Department, some summer holidays in the south of France, South Africa and Botswana, and a speaking engagement in London. Later this week I will be off to Turkey, again for the State Department. Finally, I hope to travel out of the country for board meetings in Vietnam and speaking commitments in Japan in November.

I hope you are well and that you too have enjoyed your summer.
