Dear Judge Tacha,

I understand that Justice Randy J. Holland has been nominated for the American Inns of Court’s Lewis F. Powell Award for Professionalism and Ethics. I write in support of his selection for the award.

Justice Holland is well known for his professional excellence as a jurist. He has served the Delaware Supreme Court with distinction, being reappointed by Governor Markell and unanimously confirmed by the Senate for an unprecedented third, twelve-year term. He has also served as the past national President of the American Inns of Court Foundation and on numerous boards and committees in the legal field.

I have known Justice Holland for several years and have admired his qualities of intelligence, integrity, and strength of character.

I wholeheartedly endorse Justice Holland for the Lewis F. Powell Award.
