I have received your kind letter and I am grateful for your invitation to speak with Delaware Judges and Lawyers in conjunction with your annual recognition of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. While I appreciate your flexibility, regrettably, the convention takes place during a Court Conference week and I do not travel during those weeks. It is impossible for me to accept all the invitations I would like and still meet my obligations to the Court.
