January 27, 1947 – March 15, 2022 Randy J. Holland grew up in Milford, Delaware. He graduated from Milford High School, where he was the captain of the football and baseball teams and president of the honor society. While in Milford, he met his high school sweetheart, wife, and love of his life, Ilona Holland.
