It’s a Herculean task to quantify the way in which Justice Holland has impacted my life, because there are the ways that I know, and then there are all the things that he did without me knowing, because he was such a tireless, but quiet advocate for all of us that I just learned to know there was no such thing as a coincidence when it came to Justice Holland.

But the important thing that I know he taught me that I’ll carry with me forever is that we are never too busy. We are never too important to be kind and to help others. I’ll miss you, my friend. Thank you for everything.
